When will I get paid?

Pay day is always the last Wednesday of each month, sometimes excepting December and/or January which is confirmed around Autumn each year. If you are weekly paid please visit your organisations individual page for further information.

Can I have a copy of my payslip or P60?

How do I change my bank account?

You can do this in a number of ways, please visit your organisation’s individual page.

I have changed my bank account using Current Account Switching Service (CASS)
do I need to do anything else?

You must still tell us your new account details. Using CASS does not provide the organisation with authority to change your details in our system. Whilst initially your salary is automatically redirected from your old account to your new one by your new bank; this stops after 13 redirections and any further monies sent to your old account will not be paid into your new one.

What are the current mileage rates?

If you have a salary sacrifice lease car or normal company lease car rates are paid in line with HMRC recommended rates, for the current rates please see Company cars advisory fuel rates here If you use your own personal vehicle for business, rates are paid in line with national guidance from NHS Employers, please click here for the latest rates

Medical and dental staff will continue to be paid at the mileage rates set out in their terms and conditions, and Annex A: section 7 of the Pay Circular (M&D) 1_2013, i.e. public transport rate, regular user or standard rate.
